Rephorter is a tool we have developed to connect the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) with an Australian context. The main benefit is the ability to compare different standards to be able to adjust the PHPP to work with the scope of the project 'on the fly'. As much as we would love to have this as a free tool to help the industry move to a more inclusive conversation about what Passive House can achieve, the costs calculated below are based primarily on our hourly rates and expected time as well as some associated development costs to allow us to continue to develop tools for Passive House professionals, particularly in Australia.
